Bohai Securities Co., Ltd. is an investment banking company based out of 8 BINSHUI WEST ROAD, NANKAI DISTRICT, Tianjin, China. In May 2008, approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the company was restructured into a joint stock limited company. Currently, the actual controller of the company is Tianjin Taida Investment Holdings Co., Ltd., with 25 shareholders and a registered capital of 4,037,194,486 yuan. The company is headquartered in Tianjin, with branch offices in Shanghai and Beijing.
