The eatery also takes pride in its coffee culture, sourcing beans only from local roasters who support ethical and sustainable practices not to mention the homemade kombucha, the perfect dose of antioxidants to complete a healthy meal. All ingredients are sourced responsibly. The aim is to find ethical suppliers who are eco-friendly and sustainable. Furthermore, the Arabic coffee culture is as important as any other and BOHOX aims to protect it by supporting Arabic bean farmers – therefore, guests are to always expect a unique and refined collection of specialty coffees and flavors. BOHOX was founded by Gastronaut Hospitality, the leading F&B specialist that founded the artsy restaurant, TROVE, in the Dubai Mall.
