Bold Ventures Inc.

Bold Ventures Inc. ("Bold") is a junior mining exploration company with gold and base metal properties in northern Ontario. These include: The Koper Lake project in the Ring of Fire, Ontario, containing an inferred resource of 85.9 million tonnes of 34.5% Cr2O3 (the Black Horse deposit). The Traxxin and Wilcorp gold projects near Atikokan, Ontario. Traxxin is 40 km east of Agnico Eagle's (AEM.t) Hammond Reef deposit (5.6 MOz Au at 0.71 g/t Au in reserves and resources). The Traxxin Main Zone was discovered in 2016 with grab samples returning up to 1281 gpt Au, with drill intersections including 3.6 gpt Au over 12.3 m since the discovery. Wilcorp is 17 km south of Hammond Reef, with historical diamond drill intersections up to 1.8 g/t Au over 7.6 m. 1940s maps indicate drill intersections up to 11.1 g/t Au over 4.1 m, which, being historically designated, are unable to be verified and have yet to be replicated. Both properties are spatially coincident with interpreted northeast-trending splays off the east-west Quetico fault in the region. The Burchell Gold Project, immediately east of Goldshore Resource's (TSXV: GSHR) Moss Gold Project, which contains an indicated resource of 1.2 MOz Au at 1.2 g/t Au, and an inferred resource of 4.9 MOz Au at 1.1 g/t Au. The Burchell Property contains historical gold occurrences along strike to the northeast from the Moss Lake deposit and other mineralized trends to the south. The Farwell Gold-Copper Property in the Wawa gold camp, Ontario. The Property contains the historical Tundra occurrence at 7.5 g/t Au, 1.58% Cu, and 19.9 g/t Ag, along the western extension of the Iron Lake Deformation Zone. Other occurrences include the historical Bibis prospect (grabs up to 5.6% Cu, 20.5 g/t Ag), and the historical Captain-Koala occurrence (12.8 g/t Au over 1.5 m in core). Bold is currently active on its NW Ontario properties and is committed to responsible, transparent exploration practices which advance shareholder value.
