En verder duurzame vis- en vleesproducten van de hoogste kwaliteit. Luc Kusters kookt er sinds 2010 mee in de keuken van Bolenius, met veel succes. Bolenius heeft sinds 2016 een Michelinster en staat in nationale én internationale lijsten hoog aangeprezen als beste groentenrestaurant.
In 2021 volgde ook nog een Groene Michelinster!
