Bolero Game Studio is a collective of indie creatives from marginalized and gender diverse backgrounds around the globe, dedicated to making unique gaming experiences that harmonize music, identity, and relationships. Our premiere project, a story-based platformer entitled KODA, features innovative musical mechanics and themes of gender and queer self-discovery. We immerse players in relatable, thoughtfully-crafted narratives, examining and challenging social norms in new, intersectional, and thought-provoking ways. Our collaboration strives to change hearts and minds, proudly forging a path towards a more empathetic and equitable world. Our mission is to create an inclusive and accessible experience for our team and our players, integrating diversity as default to empower voices of all kinds.
