Bolivar Development and Bolivar Builders are affiliated RE Development and General Construction firms established in 2017 as a spinoff from Atlantic Development and its associated construction arms, licensed to do work in New York City and New York State. The mission of the firms is to provide the highest level of plan development, coordination of consultants, governmental compliance and approvals while building our projects on schedule and on budget. The principals of Bolivar have over 50 years of collective experience in development and general construction in New York city—having planned, designed and constructed everything from Pre-K’s to colleges, many affordable housing projects with HDC, HCR and HPD financing and regulatory agreements as well as the highest end condominiums and rental towers. In total the principals have been involved in the construction of over 100 buildings involved as planners, cost estimators, project managers and executives, site superintendents, CEO’s and Owners.
