BOMA Austin represents you, the owner, manager, supplier of goods and services, or the many others associated with insuring the health, safety, comfort, and productive work in commercial structures. Founded in 1974, BOMA Austin, the Austin-based affiliate of the Building Owners and Managers Association International, serves the commercial real estate industry in the Austin area, from San Marcos to Georgetown. We’re composed of more than 250 members owning or managing more than 35 million square feet of office, industrial, retail and institutional properties. A Texas registered non-profit corporation, member-driven organization, BOMA Austin promotes the highest ethical and professional standards in the commercial real estate industry through advocacy, networking and education. Our members are uniquely proactive— contributing to forwarding the commercial real estate industry and the community-at-large.
