Founding partner Verena von Bomhard has been dedicating her professional endeavours to EU trademarks since late 1995, making her probably the outside counsel with most cumulative hours of EUTM experience. With over 100 proceedings before the General Court and the Court of Justice of the European Union in Luxembourg, also in this area we are among the most experienced.
As active members of IP associations including INTA, Marques, ECTA, PTMG and GRUR, and as authors and editors of articles and legal compendiums, we closely follow and participate in the development of the law, always seeking to foster brand owners’ interests.
