Founded in Lisbon, Portugal in 2023, b•om is a education & empowerment institute which provides career alignment and mentorship to high leverage business leaders and students globally. Born from a team of university students frustrated with a lack of options to study and take affirmative climate action in their studies and in the employment market, the b·om institute was founded to research, teach and mentor solutions to the largest climate and sustainable problems at the global level. Our firm belief is all these problems have pre-existing green solutions and are really simply a result of bad communication (you could even say branding). After more than a year of dedicated work, over 100 of us from over 45 countries worldwide have come together to develop our institute's platform and it’s mission is to inspire, educate, and empower, students and high leverage global leaders and business teams. b·om is your go-to resource for turning passion into profession—making sustainability simplified, and certified. We offer unique team-building events and retreats around Iberia and the Mediterranean and host blockchain encrypted certified CV-changing courses to position our clients in key positions in the fast changing and dynamic green automation economy.
