Our mission is to help people connect to their body, mind and soul to allow them to become more free, happy and authentic. We do this by creating an open and safe community that joins to workout, practice mindfulness and share in a facilitated conversation. We #dance to connect to our body. We practice mindfulness to connect to our mind. We share in conversation to connect to our soul and others. In reality, we are always connecting our body, mind and soul.
