My name is Fred Bomonti. I am a 3rd Phase coach and retired Chiropractor. Based on my 50+ years of practice and 20 years of coaching I endeavor to help people that are facing the prospect of retirement to transition into that 3rd phase of life.
As a chiropractor I worked to help people restore their health. Health as defined by the World Health Organization is a "State of complete physical, mental, and social well being, and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.". To me it is a "noun." I define "Wellness" as "The optimal integration of all domains in life to produce health." "Wellness" is the process of achieving optimal health and to me is a "verb." Quality of life is how success is measured in this model.
Being a retired chiropractor I have helped people address primarily physical, nutritional and mental/emotional aspects of health.
As a 3rd Phase coach I concentrate on helping people to transition from the adult, 2nd phase of life into the 3rd phase.
Maintaining good structural and neurological health requires good chiropractic care for a lifetime. Transition coaching helps people more easily shift from the drives of the adult phase of life to the drive of the 3rd and final phase of life.
I endeavor to help people be aware of all seven areas of health so that they can savor a healthy, happy life at all stages of their life.
