Bom Remédio®, born in 2011, emerged as a personal and corporate development solution. After over a decade of helping businesses and hundreds of individuals, we realigned our purpose, recognising the power of community.
Throughout our journey, we witnessed stories of disrespect and its consequences, such as the loss of self-confidence and the creation of fear and silence. A safe environment emerged from sharing, where everyone supports and freely expresses themselves without dreading judgment or intimidation.
Today, we are a community that believes in the power of People. Bom Remédio is a promise that, even in the most challenging moments, there is a path to overcoming.
Some of us are still facing harassment, bullying, or other forms of disrespect. Others are trying to heal wounds. Therefore, we understand the impact this has on the lives of victims and those around them.
Our mission is to inspire change through real stories, empowering silenced voices to emerge stronger. We want to destroy the idea that disrespect, especially moral harassment, must be tolerated. Providing evidence is challenging, but we know how to help those seeking justice and understanding.
For companies, we advocate legal approaches but have learned that it's possible to have them safeguard not only the business but also the mental health of employees. We offer resources and consultancy to not only address current situations or correct past mistakes but also build workplaces where each individual is valued and respected, ensuring the success of organisations.
