Atika, Head Chef & Business Operation of Bonch's Appetit, has +8 years pastry hotel experiences in Singapore, Switzerland, Maldives and Qatar in hotels such as Pullman, Ritz Carlton etc. Aliya, Marketing Research & Business Operation, has 4+ years marketing & market research experience - agency & in-house FMCG side (in agency, has the experience of working for multiple industries include F&B and FMCG with clients from Asia & Europe). Bonch's Appetit specialized in Artisan and Custom Products; Artisan Products (Artisan Bomboloni, Artisan Mini Wholecake, Artisan 20cm Wholecake), Custom Products (Custom Cake, Custom Bomboloni, Custom Donut), Custom Wedding Cakes & Pastries, as well as Hampers / Bulk Dessert orders for birthday and corporate events.
