Bond Residential was founded by colleagues and friends -Graham Hughes, Steve Wiggins and Lee Mann in 2010. Their aim was to establish a forward thinking Estate Agents which combined traditional values, professional service and expert local knowledge with state of the art technology and marketing. 10 years later the company has gone from strength to strength and now operates 3 branches located in Chelmsford and the nearby village of Danbury. They have also established highly successful and award winning Land & New Homes and Lettings departments within the business.
