BONEX

BONEX is a project funded by the PRIMA programme focused on providing practical adapted tools to facilitate the practical implementation of the WEFE nexus (Water, Energy, Food and Ecosystem) in the Mediterranean. With this purpose, the project aims to produce a WEFe Bridging Framework (named WEFeF) to serve the production of context-specific Nexus Bridging Plans (NBPs). This framework will also be implemented and validated in 7 Demonstration Projects (DPs) in the Mediterranean region. As a result, BONEX will provide policymakers and practitioners with an interactive decision-making tool to evaluate trade-offs and synergies and nexus solutions approaches in a transdisciplinary manner.
