Pioneers of Eco-Innovation: Edible and Compostable Disposable Dishes In 2021, we launched a venture in Italy dedicated to the design, promotion, and distribution of disposable wheat bran dishes. Our journey began in 1998 in a mill, where the observation of wheat bran clumps shaped by water and steam inspired the creation of completely natural dishes, free of chemical additives. After years of research and development, 2012 marked the debut of our first wheat bran dish. Globally Recognized, Locally Impactful To date, our dishes have reached 56 countries around the world. We choose wheat bran as our primary material for its abundance, biodegradability (compostable in just 30 days), and edibility, offering a unique ecological alternative to traditional disposable products. Eco-Efficiency and Sustainability Our production uses only 8 milliliters of water per dish, much less than the 20 liters required for cellulose dishes, and produces CO2 emissions seven times lower than other disposable products. Our vision is based on the circular economy, which promotes efficient and sustainable resource use, opposing harmful linear economic models. Innovation and Differentiation Our dishes are suitable for both oven and microwave use and offer a distinct advantage over bioplastic products, which often do not degrade completely.
