The founders are committed to this philosophy and it has even been reflected in the name, Bonsai. The aim at Bonsai is to remain small and provide the unique advantage that only comes when an organisation is small. Whether it is about flexing our engagement model to serve the individual client's needs or even simple things like making ourselves available on evenings and weekends for our client's success, this is only possible when we are small. Being small however does not mean thinking small. We attract the brightest minds in the industry and we do this through collaborative and profit sharing approaches.
