BOOKABUKU is a technology startup based in Jakarta, that is the first online platform in Indonesia that allows people to borrow and lend books with eachother. Founded in 2016 by final year students from Universitas Prasetiya Mulya as their final assignment, who aims to reduce the book distribution inequality in Indonesia. Today, Bookabuku is expanding its reach to help give an accessible and affordable high quality knowledge throughout the nation.
At Bookabuku, we believe in Enriching Life of Nations by Sharing Knowledge through the Platforms We Create. We strive to achieve that by creating an Accessible Platforms with Curated Contents and Activities with one thing in mind, to Share Knowledge. Bookabuku has been running since May 2017, and already serves more than 5000 users in its platform, manages over 7000 books in its database, and can be accessible by anyone, anywhere in Indonesia.
