We are working on the creation of an aggregator for booking services and car servicing. Bookmap is a platform combining all auto services in one place where you can find a suitable place for servicing your car for a couple of clicks. On-site in the service station, the entire history of repairing your car, including the mileage will be checked and recorded in the locker. The mission of the Bookmap project is to improve the service market and the sale-and-purchase market of used vehicles. For this purpose, we use advanced information technology (blockchain, IoT/M2M) and hope that future smart development will help us with this. Interactive schedule of bookings. The occupancy rate is shown on the interactive map in real time in the mobile application as well as on our website, where car owners can instantly book suitable service time. 2. Register for service history of a customer/car owner. In practice it will be unnecessary for a customer to explain every time what needs to be done (for recurring services), and it will be easier for the staff of the service station to understand the task. In the long term, this will increase loyalty of customers. 3. Configure new bookings notifications. New bookings will be automatically displayed on the internal interface. 4. Maintenance of customer database. Bookmap Aggregator will allow you to store and use customer data for business promotion. 5. CRM-system for counting working hours, planning the workload and record keeping.
