His group went out of their way to ensure my spouse and I had the all our concerns met. When my spouse and I determined we need two windows in the garage, an additional window in the master bedroom as well as windows in the guest bathrooms during the framing stage, there were no issues. As a degreed Engineer, Bob is capable of altering plans on the fly. Adding a dormer on the southside of the bonus room was easy for them. Every time my wife had a challenging task or alteration, Bob and his group was there to assist and provide options. I also am an Mechanical Engineer, and I state that Bob builds a solid structure.
