I am a Master of Engineering with nine years of experience as a Regional and Global Training Manager. During the years I have achieved experience of developing and train people from many different cultures and in different roles. The ability to, with positive energy, catch the interest of others and get my message across has made me successful in the trainer and facilitator role. My passion is to create collaborative teams that work hard together to reach the targets. My drive is to see people and companies succeed with my coaching support.
