FUNDRAISING: with an outstanding track record of bid-writing to large-scale institutions: Big Lottery, Comic Relief, Children in Need TRAINING: in the areas we excel in. Recently we trained a consortium of private school, SSAT, in bid writing. LEADERSHIP & MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT: through mentoring with our PNOD qualified consultant. PROJECT MANAGEMENT: currently managing a Skills Funding Agency contract worth 1.6m for five delivery partners all helping young people get back into employment, education and training RESEARCH: we are considered experts on educations and its reach in the South East after two recent research assignments for LSIS and ALPSE. PROJECT EVALUATION: our experience in the charity sector and our in-depth knowledge of hard-to-reach groups enables us conduct thorough and insightful project evaluations.
