Hi! We're Boost and we provide Training and Coaching for people who work in the wonderful world of Customer Contact. Boost provides Learning Programmes for front line Advisors, Team Leaders and Trainers who support your Contact Centres and face to face Customer Service teams. Conversations with Customers is our learning programme that empowers your contact centre advisors to deliver outstanding customer service. Our Skills Boost Programme develops your Team Leaders’ skills so that they drive performance improvement across their team, delivering brilliant colleague and customer outcomes. Training Skills equips your trainers with the skills they need to deliver high impact and engaging learning sessions. Developing Professionals is our one to one coaching and mentoring programme, ideal for aspiring and high performing talent that you want to invest in, retain and further develop. With all of our learning programmes, we pay attention to embedding and applying learning so that people don’t just ‘go on a training course’, they learn, adapt their behaviours and deliver results. We know Contact Centres. We’ve worked in and around them for most of our careers. And with a background in HR, it’s fair to say we have a pretty strong people focus too. We understand the challenges that Contact Centres face, and how to overcome them.
