Sharing thoughts with several HO.RE.CA professionals, we came across a challenge. There is clearly a need for a solution that digitalizes the ordering process. Professionals, have to deal with some of the following everyday problems. Being frustrated, taking so much time compiling a handwritten list of alcohol and beverage needs, being unable to communicate with their supplier any time (due to limitations of ‘working hours’), having to wait on the phone or writing a text, never to receive a confirmation of availability. Moreover, they do not have easy access digitally on information like when, what or in which quantities something was ordered. On the supplier’s side, time is wasted manually processing all orders received into their systems. To make matters worse, not only they lack a centralized platform managing all orders placed, but also an online presence. Here is our solution. “Booze me app” connects HO.RE.CA professionals with their preferred supplier, allowing them to place any order online 24/7. Using our application, all suppliers are to be found in one place and also offered an online footprint. Business owners using our app are able to pick their supplier of choice, explore his product range and place everything they need in their shopping cart. One can then proceed to check out, or saving one’s (for future use) is also a feature offered. The supplier is informed about any placed order, through our centralized platform ensuring everything is well organized. He then processes the order, issuing an invoice and delivers the goods. What is worth noting is that our technology is truly able to offer real time data saving valuable time and resources. We must also emphasize on the fact that both our app & platform are fast and easy to use.
