- For our sushi we choose daily the freshest fish.
- For our meat dishes, we choose the highest quality of meat available in the market.
- For our shrimp and duck dishes we use top frozen products from the most credible suppliers.
- Our salads are prepared daily from seasonal fresh vegetables.
- The cooking oil we use has high-tolerance specifications to ensure light frying and pure taste in flavor.
- All our appetizers and sauces are made by us.
- All dishes are prepared and cooked only upon request in order to maintain the highest level of freshness.
- The products we use fully comply with all legal health regulations imposed by the EU and Ministry of Health.
Our restaurant follows all the requirements based on the current European and National legislation, implementing a structured self-controlled HACCP system (Art. 5 EK 852/04).
