At BorealEx, we're committed to establishing a sustainable and secure supply chain of critical materials for Europe, leveraging Norway's natural resources. Our vision is to become a leading European supplier of rare earth fluorides and metals essential for permanent magnets, and thorium fluoride for next-generation nuclear fuel. We operate on both customer and project-based models, meaning we can undertake specific assignments for clients while also developing our own projects with strategic partners. We are currently seeking strategic partners and investors to accelerate our mission. Specifically, we are looking to: - Advance the development and optimization of our proprietary processes for the production of rare earth element (REE) salts (e.g., fluorides) and metals, alongside similar processes for thorium tetrafluoride. - Establish a robust supply pipeline to the European market, providing high-purity rare earth fluorides and metals, including neodymium, praseodymium, dysprosium, and terbium, vital for permanent magnet manufacturing. - Become a key supplier of thorium fluoride for compounding nuclear fuel, particularly for the innovative Molten Salt Reactor (MSR) technology. Our approach centers on optimizing production from Norwegian deposits, employing advanced hydrometallurgy techniques to ensure the sustainable use of raw materials and significantly minimize waste.
