Born Equal Consults are human-centric equity & Inclusion consultants that creatively advance workplaces to impact cultural change. Born Equal was founded by three creative women seeking purpose in taking action to eradicate Racism, specifically Anti-Blackness, and Ableism within creative spaces. Based on our lived experiences, individual make-ups and collective values, all of the work that we create and deliver at Born Equal Consults is rooted in Anti-Racism and Anti-Ableism. We are on our own journeys of self discovery, accountability and growth and invite you to join us in beginning yours, supported with first hand knowledge, real world perspectives, humanity and trust. We focus on fostering belonging, difference, and the just treatment of the ‘whole person’ and their lived experience.
