Personality is an amalgamation of thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and temperaments that distinguish us from each other, it is our strength and it makes us unique. However, our academic-oriented education system fails to contribute to overall development in terms of “real" life. Born Again focuses on bridging this gap and helps individuals to become aware of their real self and identity and also take into consideration their “Ideal” self. Using interactive and strategic training programs, Born Again provides a unique combination of mindfulness training and habit building exercises which strengthen resilience and prepares individuals to face the toughest of challenges. At Born Again, we believe in the power of self-discipline. Our principle is to achieve comprehensive development. Our module has a blanket approach towards personality, participation, and performance of the individual in all spheres of life. It aims to first identify and then work towards desired goals. Our multi-faceted programs are curated especially to help individuals overcome shyness and insecurities and develop confidence and a strong sense of self-esteem. Using CBT techniques and counseling, we focus on the development of essential life skills that will enable individuals to bridge the gap and truly reach their highest potential.
