The company BOROFFISH is a Borov family company, founded in 2013 in Latvia. The idea to produce FISH SNACKS was born in the Borov family in 2016. The head of the family, Victor Borov, is the captain of fishing vessels and he trawl fish in the Baltic Sea, which we use in the production of our company FISH SNACKS.
Boroffish company is approved by the Latvian Food and Veterinary Service, which is the competent state institution of a member state of the European Union. We are registered in the register of FVS enterprises subject to supervision under number A072926. The "A" means that it fully complies with the laws and regulations for the handling of food.
Our product is 100% natural, from COD and FLOUNDER fillets, without bones and skin. We use only natural spices and sea salt. Our product have no E preservatives. In the drying process, we use infrared lamps, while retaining 80-90% of biologically active substances and vitamins. We use "active packaging", which includes the packs with an Oxygen absorbers in combination with a high-barrier packaging film. to create an atmosphere without oxygen inside the package, thus avoiding the oxidation process. The product's shelf life at storage temperature from 0 ° C to + 25 ° is 6 months from the time of packaging. The product is ready for immediate consumption! Net weight of FISH SNACKS 1 pack is 20 grams.
