Borough Yards

Borough Yards is a new shopping, dining and cultural district in the historic heart of London. We’re creating a vibrant new destination in the capital to shop, eat, work and play, right next door to bustling Borough Market. Developed by real estate investment manager MARK and designed by London-based architects SPPARC, our team aims to complement Southwark’s historic heritage with contemporary architecture. In and around a series of restored and reconceived railway arches, viaducts and warehouses, the site will hold over 50 units with 197,800 square feet for retail, food and drink, business and leisure brands to use as their canvas to innovate and create.
