At the start of our adventure lies a documentary about cooperative supermarkets: Foodcoop. The story of that NYC coop was shared by BEES coop, the first Brussels cooperative supermarkt and they also offered coaching to a group of citizen willing to replicate the model in the north-west part of Brussels (because there is barely any GoodFood offer on this side).
