Boscafé 't Hijgend Hert is a large restaurant/terrace in the "Vijlenerbos" in the most southern part of the Netherlands. Due to it's unique concept and the beautiful location the Boscafé is popular among locals and tourists. Nowadays it employs approximately 45 employees and offers more than 500 seats to its guests.
In the colder seasons about 200 of the seats offer a warm place to sit inside, near one of the three fire places. During the warm seasons guests enjoy the nice weather and good view on one of our three terraces. The friendly service takes care of your well-being during the whole year (365 days!).
Besides the wide assortment of beers (more than 60 types) the Boscafé also offers its own beer: Hert Blond and Hert Brown. This beer is also the best selling beer of the restaurant!
