Our Owner, Charlie. has been behind the meat counter for pretty much his entire life. Raised as a third generation meat cutter, he worked with his family running a butcher shop based out of Peabody, MA.
Four years ago, Charlie and his family relocated to St. Augustine, FL and found that there was something missing... a quality butcher shop. Friends he met encouraged him to start his own business to finally bring high quality cuts of meat (and STEAK TIPS) to Northeast, FL.
Enjoying the Food Trucks in the area, he had an idea to start a butcher shop on wheels. The Boston "butchaaah" is here to deliver the highest quality products and cuts to local neighborhoods, Food Truck Friday's, local Farmers Markets, and so on. His kids like to think of it as an "ice cream truck" for the BBQ lovers that plays the Drop Kick Murphy's throughout the streets of St. Augustine. Items on hand in our refrigerated truck will include prepackaged marinated steak tips, steaks, chicken wings, and other favorites. Any custom order can be placed ahead of time and cut to order and delivered to you. Just send us your needs and we will make it happen!
