Botane began with Penelope’s love of flowers and plants combined with Dana’s keen eye for design, esthetics and artistic talent. Our floral arrangements evoke a feeling of wild flowers in a meadow with an added chic, modern touch. As floral artists, we exploit all the textures, colors, and fragrances of the materials in our designs. We cater to small events and residential care in the Boston area, bringing a very personal touch and creating floral ensembles that speak to our clients and their vision. Luther Burbank, an American botanist of the 19th century, said it best: “Flowers always make people better, happier, and more helpful; they are sunshine, food, and medicine to the soul”.
