Botanica Lozen

Botanica Lozen is a conceptually new type of suburb offering a healthy, calm, safe and active lifestyle in a suburban environment. The project covers an area of over 120 000 m2 with more than half designated for greenery. Low-rise construction (max 4 floors) and distance between buildings provide for uninterrupted and lasting sunlight. The project will include more than 30 multi-family residential buildings, including 1 to 4-bedroom apartments with private yards or panoramic views, as well as over 120 single-family houses. When finished the area will provide a home among nature for over 1500 people. Daily needs of residents will be satisfied by a supermarket, sports center, restaurant, car wash, coffee bar, kindergarten, offices, and other amenities located in the service area. For the youngest there will be 5 playgrounds and several football pitches, and for the curious ones - more than 15 thematic gardens with selected plants, as well as the central rose alley with flowing river.
