Bottom Rock

Bottom Rock is not for profit organisation, the purpose of the charity is to identify people who are on the verge of hitting rock bottom and to prevent them from doing so. We assist individuals through personal “Foundation of Life” review across 3 key pillars. Financial (employed, self-employed or welfare), Health (Mental & Physical), Relationships (family, friends and loved ones). Many people who are on the verge of hitting rock bottom have ’failed’ across 2 or 3 of these pillars. We provide a personalised discovery process that gives us the insight that allows us to assist the individuals to rebuild their foundational pillars.
