Bounce Black is a trauma-informed social enterprise supporting Black students and professionals to thrive in wellbeing, at work, and in the world. We know that systemic barriers and everyday racial trauma can leave lasting impacts. That’s why we create spaces, resources, and programmes that centre healing, growth, and holistic success for the global Black community. Whether we’re running workplace readiness programmes like Roots: Career Foundations, offering DEI consultancy and talks, hosting transatlantic events, or curating bold digital campaigns, we are here to support Black people thriving holistically.
