Bounce

In 2016, a group of young, diverse professionals moved to the San Francisco Bay Area and were seeking two things: fitness and community. Their mutual interests led them to come together for outdoor workouts and brunches on the weekends. Eventually, a friend brought a friend who brought another friend, and the small-scale, casual workouts quickly grew to 40+ regular attendees, with group workouts as large as 120 attendees. Today, Bounce continues to cultivate an inclusive community by organizing free HIIT workouts, community events, and wellness resources.
