Boundary continuously invest in new equipment and training enabling us to use the latest production and manufacturing techniques to achieve the most efficient, cost effective and reproducible manufacturing processes for our customers. We have state of the art machine centres encompassing a Tilting head FOUR METER 5 axis machine, multiple Five Axis tilting rotary table machines, various three and four axis machine centres which utilize laser tool setting, through coolant spindles, and on machine inspection. It is the policy of Boundary Precision Engineering to provide a reliable and efficient manufacturing service to our customers and to continually improve the effectiveness of the Quality Management Systems and level of service provided. The Quality Management System encompasses AS 9100 and ISO 9001 to ensure that all processes from enquiry to dispatch are correctly controlled and maintained. The aim is to achieve a service that exceeds our customer’s requirements. The company is able to offer a two shift manufacturing service enabling around the clock manufacturing ensuring the shortest possible lead time for today’s demanding business environment. For specific components we can implement our lights out shift technique enabling vastly reduced manufacturing costs, daily deliveries where required.
