Join us for pop-up barre and breathwork classes and community events, featuring DC-based local partners. Amidst the strong work hard/play hard culture associated with DC’s day jobs and notorious transactional small talk, we set out to create the conscious community that we felt was lacking. Our name embodies the expansiveness in all of us, the ability to adapt, move, shift, and grow beyond any label or title we could give ourselves. Our pop-up concept reminds us that even if we don’t have one consistent place, we can have roots wherever our community is. Built to be accessible for all, we can’t wait for you to discover the power of strengthening your mind, body, and relationships with boundless.
