Bournemouth Development Company

Bournemouth Development Company was established in 2011 as a partnership between Bournemouth Council and Morgan Sindall Investments. We are helping to deliver Bournemouth Council's Town Centre Vision, which aims to regenerate the town by providing new homes, and business and leisure spaces for local residents. Using Morgan Sindall's financial and design expertise, we re-develop land owned by Bournemouth Council, who then use the proceeds to invest in new schemes. Bournemouth Development Company is a long-term partnership, and we are currently working on a number of schemes in and around the town centre.
