BOVING d.o.o. is a family owned company that designs, manufactures, installs and maintains different plating and other surface treatment lines with waste water treatment equipment, ventilation and fume treatment equipment, automation and upgrade of existing plants and technological process as well as offers individual programme components. With regard to customer processes, we can provide Lines for surface pretreatment (stripping, etching, surface cleaning, phosphate coating, etc.). Lines for electroplating, chemical and other processes, such as: chrome 6+, chrome 3+, hard chrome, nickel, nickel – decorative chrome, electroless nickel, copper, copper-nickel, copper-nickel-chrome, acid and alkaline zinc, brass, silver, gold, etc. Lines for aluminium anodizing and painting … Line management can be easy to use manual, mechanical, semi-automatic or completely automated with a freely programmable system and the option of creating technological processes and processing methods. In-house we also manufacture Tanks – different containers of different dimensions with a flat, inclined or conical bottom according to the customer’s wishes and requirements Different tanks made of different types of plastics (with or without reinforcements) Containers with a safety spill containment barrier (tank) for storing aggressive media, Ventilation systems, parts of ventilation systems and other plastic pipelines, Lining of concrete and steel tanks (PP, PE, PVC, PVDF…) We can also manufacture and/or supply different individual galvanic and other components from production programme and other components, such as: Electronic equipment and management modules for lines and devices, Galvanic barrels and racks, Scrubbers, Rectifiers, Agitators, Ultrasound devices, Filter, dosing and other special pumps, Dryers, PH-metrics, Temperature and level switches, Metal structures, stainless steel tanks, Electric and hot water heaters, Heat exchangers, Pipelines, Transportation systems for lines, etc.
