A Bowl With A Roll. Bowla is a brand new bread innovation product, a bowler hat-shaped loaf of bread. Separate the top of the loaf from the bottom and you are left with a bread BOWL and a bread ROLL (see images). Fill this bowl with any filling of choice. A Bowla soups / stews / curries are just a few of the savoury examples. The Bowla mould (patent granted) can take any type of leavened dough. Some examples being white, brown, olive, tiger, garlic bread, and even sweet doughnut and Yorkshire puddings! Currently based in South Wales, we are on a mission to bring our bread innovation / bakery invention to market. We are in the midst of opening a micro-bakery / street food stall at Swansea Indoor Market, stall 62 as a marketing exercise, gathering data & gauging feedback. Commencing in March, Bowlas will be baked fresh on site each morning and served with a series of fillings. With aim in gathering feedback, there will be regular filling rotations and specials, accompanied with appropriately flavoured Bowlas. Stall 62 will act as Bowla HQ for bakery purposes, we also aim to partake in regular outreach and pop-up shops in and around Swansea and perhaps elsewhere. We'd love to see our bread product sold UK wide in bakeries, festivals, sporting events in the future.
