Bowles is a unique outdoor learning and development charity for young people based on the Kent/Sussex borders with a stunning venue and residential facilities. Our experiential approach – learning by doing – is powerful in embedding and extending skills development. Profit from our high-quality L&D programmes goes to the Trust. Bowles is a charitable trust dedicated to providing life-changing experiences for young people from all backgrounds. Learning and Development As well as our team and leadership programmes, we also deliver early talent programmes. These are designed with the apprentice or graduate development managers to ensure that they dovetail with your own programme. Our tailored programme content will give your staff the people skills needed for a successful transition from student life to the business world. We will introduce them to the fundamental leadership, team working and inter-personal skills required to succeed. Any profit from our L&D programmes goes directly into the trust. On site we have a residential facility with 5 meeting rooms, dining area and licensed bar. Our Lodge building can accommodate up to 42 in en-suite single or twin rooms. Alternatively our Chalet building can accommodate up to 120 people. Our clients include BMW, IBM, BAE and Bouygues.
