Bowman Star Services was incorporated in 2018 in order to serve the railway systems engineering market with a wide range of design and build services including trackwork, signalling, traction power, communications, interface, integration, verification and validation, operations and maintenance and specialist materials supply. We have also successfully delivered railway based civil structural design and build, most recently on the APM project in Malaysia for Alstom. We also offer EPC and project management of systems for railways, case preparation and case management in rail litigation.
