The capacity of the bow is derived from the bowstring. It stands for strength, light weight, resistance, endurance, focus and needs to be pulled back before action. A metaphorical parallel can be drawn with organisations and teams where agility, resilience, focus, reflection (pulling back), leveraging strengths amongst so many others contribute to capacity addition and improved business results.
