Bowyers Lime provides consultancy and interim management services to the charity and public sectors. With extentsive senior management experience in a wide range of organisations, Bowyers Lime can support both organisations and individuals in: transformation and change management service set-up and activiation procurement and tenders bid writing and grant applications Since graduating in 1995, I have worked in a variety of health, public sector and charitable organisations. I have experience of managing and successfully delivering a diverse range of services – from peer to peer audit, research and evaluation to front line services. Until May 2012 I was Regional Manager (East of England) for Family Action. I have successfully developed and delivered a range of services from early intervention to edge of care services that have produced meaningful and tangible outcomes for both service users and commissioners / funders. These include developing models of service delivery, performance management frameworks and outcomes measurements for a range of service including family support, children’s centres, young carers and mental health services.
