An active well being program designed by teachers, for teachers! We cater for students from Year 5 to 10. We provide an engaging 4 week program to teach the fundamental skills of boxing as a tool to develop Resilience, Respect and positive Relationships. Our programs are designed to foster social development in young people by cultivating a range of essential skills. By mastering new boxing techniques and challenging themselves physically, our students build resilience, boost their self-esteem and increase their confidence levels.
We provide a supportive and inclusive learning environment where students feel safe, valued and connected to their peers and teachers.
