Box2Burn

We are a family run company, established in 2013 by Founder, Billy Long. After discovering his passion for Boxing and becoming a Professional Boxer in 2015, Billy decided to teach Boxing and share his own passion with others. He started Box2Burn with the aim of making Boxing for everyone, not just fighters. He’s taken what he’s learned as a Boxing professional and teaches his clients to fight and train with skill and technique (like a professional) regardless of personal or fitness goals. There are now over 35 Boxing classes at Box2Burn that run on a weekly basis. These classes range from Bambinos (3 – 7 years old) to Large and Small Groups (mixed adults), Foxy Boxing (women only) and more. Box2Burn has truly evolved from being a family run gym, to a family gym. As a family orientated club, we have the philosophy that “WE ARE ONE” and that everyone at the club is a champion (if you hear Billy repeatedly calling out “Champ" he’s probably calling for you). Our goal is to help you achieve your fitness goals - helping you to get fit, not hit. We have Boxing-related fitness classes that put the FUN back in to training; as well as personal training classes, White Collar training and small or large group sessions.
