Designing the VISA Innovation Centre or inspiring new offices for Centrica provide different challenges to the London’s Cumberland Hotel commercial project, a roll-out of swimming pool projects with Total Swimming or retirement villages with McCarthy & Stone. Each project will have a combined commercial and creative balance.
